摘    要:运动训练"分期理论"的核心是发展运动员竞技状态,它的着眼点是使运动员在全年、多年、多个奥运周期乃至整个运动生涯中都能多次冲击最好成绩;"板块理论"则是针对已经具备创造优异成绩的高水平运动员,在赛前、赛间采用量小而强度大的专门化设计,在短期内通过集中负荷效应发展运动员的薄弱素质,增强运动员的参赛能力。速度性项群运动员竞技状态的可调节性,是实现速度性项群运动员竞技状态良性转移的前提与基础。科学掌控运动训练方向,突出运动员的"专项"能力以及合理运用"分期"与"板块"训练理论,是实现运动员竞技状态良性转移的强力保障。

Abstract:The core of training theory is development state of performence,it is the focus that athletes can impact the best results in the full year,years,multiple Olympic cycle and the whole sports career.While block theory is to the high level athletes who can create excellent results,using the special design of small volume and large intensity,through concentrated load effect to develop poor quality of athletes in short period,and increase athletic competition ablility.The adjustability for state of performance is the premise and foundation to realize positive transfer for state of performance in speed event-group athletes.Science of sports training direction control,prominent the special ability of athletes,and rational using the training theory and block theory is a powerful guarantee to the realization of positive transfer for state of performance.
