| 摘 要： | 研究探讨了现代企业的前沿问题--人力资本,并加以论证.通过对现代企业的认识,明确了人力资本的重要性;论述了货币资本和人力资本的关系及对现代企业治理结构具有重要的影响;指出建立与治理结构相适应的激励机制和约束机制是十分必要的.

| Abstract: | The front porch question of modern enterprises, the manpower asset, is studied and argued in this paper. Through getting knowledgeable about modem enterprises, the importance of man - power asset is clearly defined; the relation between currency asset and man - power asset and its effect on the governance structure of modern enterprises are expounded, pointing out that installing both incitement mechanism and bondage mechanism that are suitable to the structure is absolutely necessary. |
