银质针治疗脑卒中肩手综合征对患肢血液流速的影响

目的探讨银质针疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征的效果。方法对80例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者予以相同的基础治疗,按照就诊前后顺序随机分为银质针治疗组40例和体针对照组40例,比较两组患者治疗前后患侧肢体血液流速的变化情况,治疗3周后评定疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的患肢尺动脉、桡动脉、尺静脉、桡静脉和中指指间动脉血流流速的改善高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论银质针能促进脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的上肢动脉血液流速及静脉血流回流,改善微循环,从而明显改善患者的运动功能。

Silver needle in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome

Objective To study the effect of the silver needle on shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS) after stroke.Methods 80 patients with SHS after stroke were blindly and randomly divided into two groups:the silver needle group and the body acupuncture group,with each group of 40 patients. All the patients were treated with the same foundation treatment,and were compared two varieties of blood flow in front and back of getting treatment SHS of upper limb. The results were performed statistical analysis after 3 weeks. Results Treatment empress,there were significant differences of velocity of blood flow of the ulnar vein,radial vein and middle finger digital artery between the two groups. Compared that of the body acupuncture group,the result of the silver needle groups obviously improved(P<0.01) . Conclusion The silver needle can improve the velocity of blood flow of the artery and veins of upper limb,and benefit to function rehabilitation of upper limb.
