软组织外周性原始神经外胚层瘤的临床病理分析

Clinical and pathological analysis of soft tissue peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors

Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features of soft tissue peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor(pPNET) ,and to provide theoretical basis as well as practical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The pathological findings,diagnostic and clinical data of 12 patients with soft tissue pPNET were collected. The results of pre-surgery pathology test and the final diagnosis after surgery were compared and analyzed for correlation,with the clinical and pathological features of soft tissue pPNET summarized. Results 10 cases were diagnosed as soft tissue pPNET through pre-surgery pathology test,with a diagnostic accuracy of 83.3%.
