基于虚拟仪器的电机拖动试验系统

摘    要:传统的变频器性能测试方法测试结果误差大,测试周期长。故设计了一种新型变频器试验系统。该系统以数据采集卡和工业控制机作为硬件平台,LabVIEW作为软件平台,使用直流电机作为负载和可工作在4个象限的高性能控制器,实现对异步电机的动、静态性能测试,进而完成对变频器性能和参数指标的评定。LabVIEW灵活易懂的模块化程序开发环境,为试验测试系统的研究与验证提供了便利条件。
