某三级甲等综合医院护士肺结核防护知识掌握情况的调查分析

目的]了解护士肺结核防护知识掌握情况,为医院及相关部门制订结核病专题培训、进修等计划提供参考依据。方法]应用肺结核防护知识问卷,对长沙市某三级甲等综合医院375名护士进行调查。结果]375名护士肺结核防护知识总分为18.71分±3.45分,答对率为74.84%,其中传染途径得分最高,防护措施得分较低;职称、工龄、肺结核护理经验及专题培训影响护士肺结核防护知识得分。结论]目前综合医院护士对肺结核防护知识欠缺,应加强肺结核防护相关知识的培训。

Survey and analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge among nurses in a tertiary general hospital

Objective：To know about nurses mastering state of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge,so as to provide the references for hospital and related departments making tuberculosis special training and continuing education programs.Methods：A total of 375 nurses from a three grade A hospital in Changsha city were investigated about pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge by using pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge questionnaire.Results：The total score was 18.71±3.45,and the correct rate was 74.84%.The score of transferring routine was the highest,while the score of prevention measures was lower.The score of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge was affected by the professional title,length of service,nursing experience of pulmonary tuberculosis and special training.Conclusion：At present,the nurses in general hospital are short of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge.The special training of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge should be strengthened.
