摘    要:目的]探讨振动排痰机在病人拔除人工气道后的应用效果。方法]将50例行机械通气治疗成功脱机并初次拔管的病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用人工叩击方法排痰,治疗组采用振动排痰机排痰。记录两组病人的排痰效果、氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、再次插管率和住院时间。结果]两组病人排痰效果、PaO2、PaCO2、再次插管率及住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论]运用振动排痰机在帮助拔管后病人排痰、促进肺功能恢复、改善血气数值、降低再插管率、缩短住院时间方面明显优于人工叩击方法排疾。

Application and nursing care of vibratory expectoration machine after artificial airway extraction for patients

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the application effect of vibratory expectoration machine after artificial airway extraction for patients. Methods: A total of 50 patients who were off line successfully and extubated firstly after mechanical ventilation treatment were divided into control and treatment groups randomly. Control group cases received artificial hacking expectoration,and the treatment group cases expectorated by vibratory expectoration machine. The expectoration effect, partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), recannula rate, and hospitalization time were recorded. Results:There were statistically differences (P 〈0. 05) between two groups in expectoration effect, PaO2, PaCO2,recannula rate, and hospitalization time. Conclusion:Vibratory expectoration machine is better than artificial hacking in helping patient expectoration after extubation, promoting recovery of pulmonary function, improving blood gas, decreasing recannula rate, and shortening hospitalization time.
