GC-MS分析不同方法提取的疏毛吴茱萸挥发性成分

摘    要:采用GC-MS法分析了疏毛吴茱萸挥发性成分,比较了水蒸气蒸馏、有机溶剂提取和固相微萃取法(SPME)所提的疏毛吴茱萸挥发性成分的差异。结果表明:月桂烯、反式-罗勒烯、顺式-罗勒烯、β-榄香烯、石竹烯、大根香叶烯、α-金合欢烯、γ-榄香烯和环十二烷己酮为主要成分,这些成分在水蒸气蒸馏法、有机溶剂提取法和固相微萃取法中分别占总挥发性成分质量的78.81%、45.9%、70.1%。在水蒸气蒸馏法和有机溶剂提取法中,最主要成分是顺式-罗勒烯,分别占总挥发性成分质量的44.3%和11.1%,固相微萃取法中最主要成分是大根香叶烯,占总挥发性成分质量的19.8%。水蒸气蒸馏、有机溶剂提取和固相微萃取法所提取的挥发性成分无论在数量上还是在相对质量分数上均存在一定差异。以固相微萃取法提取效率较高,提取成分较完全,是提取疏毛吴茱萸挥发性成分的理想方法。
