柏叶口水库水利枢纽工程的导流设计

摘    要:通过对柏叶口水库坝址区地形、地质、气象及水文等条件进行分析,结合该工程面板坝的具体特点,提出了全断面汛期围堰导流方案。实际施工时,大坝填筑速度快,坝体次堆石区的填筑高度很快超过上游围堰的高度,根据规范提出坝体临时度汛洪水标准按P=2%设计,并制定了临时度汛方案。实践表明,汛期水流平稳通过导流洞,大坝施工未受影响,导流方案设计合理、可靠。

Abstract:Based on the analysis on topographical,geological,meteorological and hydrological conditions in the dam site of Boyekou Reservoir,and considering the specific characteristics of faced rockfill dam,the diversion program with full riverbed clsure cofferdam in flood peried is proposed.Because the height of secondary rockfill zone of dam is quickly exceeds the filling speed of upstream cofferdam during the actual construction of dam,the dam temporary flood prevention standard is designed to P = 2% according to the requirements of specification,and corresponding temporary flood prevention program is also determined.In actual construction,the flood flows smoothly through diversion trunnel,and the construction of dam is unaffected.The diversion design is reasonable and reliable.
