| 摘 要： | 库什塔依水电站工程参建队伍多,为解决工程管理过程中普遍存在的问题,实现工程管理理念的转变,切实提高和改善各参建单位的管理水平,引入了对标管理。通过现状分析,明确了库什塔依水电站以工程进度、合同管理、工程质量、安全管理、财务管理和资源投入等6个方面作为对标管理的主要内容。通过科学的应用对标管理手段,提高了电站的建设水平和管理水平。

| Abstract: | There are many construction companies involving the construction of Kushtayi Hydropower Station.For solving the common problems in construction management of hydropower projects,changing management ideas and improving the management of construction companies,the benchmarking management is introduced.The main contents of benchmarking management include project progress,contract management,project quality,safety management,financial management and resource input.The application of benchmarking management improves the construction management of Kushitayi Hydropower Station. |
