| 摘 要： | 目的病案管理流程需适应医院信息化的发展以提高工作效率,减少重复劳动,降低成本投入。方法应用PDCA循环理论不断优化病案管理流程。结果工作效率和工作质量明显提高。结论病案管理工作流程的设计要适应医院信息化建设的发展,充分利用信息化手段为病案管理服务,工作流程优化是一项长期工作。
