热痹康胶囊治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎86例疗效观察

目的]观察祛风清热利湿除痹法治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法]采用自拟热痹康胶囊(秦艽、防风、桂枝、威灵仙、制川乌、地龙、桑枝、葛根、忍冬藤、青风藤、黄柏、苍术)治疗本病86例，并与单纯西药英太青(双氯芬酸钠)对照组40例比较。结果]经治疗后，两组血沉(ESR)、C—反应蛋白(CBP)、类风湿因子(RF)、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM等指标均有改善(与治疗前比较，均P＜0．01)，且治疗组的改善作用更为明显(与对照组比，P＜0．05或P＜0．01)。治疗组总有效率为91．9％，优于对照组的70．0％(P＜0．01);治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为4．7％和32．5％(两组比较P＜0．05)。结论]提示热痹康胶囊有较好的抗炎止痛作用和副作用小的特点，能尽快控制病情，明显缓解患者的临床症状。

Effect of Rebi Kang Capsule for Damp-heat Rheumatoid Arthritis: An Observation of 86 Cases

Objective] To observe the effect of Rebi Kang Capsule (RKC) for damp-heat rheumatoid arthritis. Methods] Eighty-six cases of damp-heat rheumatoid arthritis (Group A) were treated with RKC (mainly composed of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae, Radix Ledebouriellae, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Clematidis, etc.) and 40 cases treated with diclofenac sodium (served as control, Group B) . Results] After treatment, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), serum level of C-reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factor and IgG, IgA and IgM content were all improved in the two groups ( P < 0.01 as compared with those before treatment) . The improvement of the above indexes in Group A was superior to that in Group B ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) . The total effective rate was 91.9% in Group A and 70.0% in Group B (P<0.01) and the incidence of adverse effect was 4.7% and 32.5% respectively ( P < 0.05). Conclusion ] RKC exerts an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect for damp-heat rheumatoid arthritis and has less adverse effect.
