摘 要: | 现代模具零件数控加工中,曲面所占比例越来越大,加工质量要求不断提高,对数控加工工艺提出了更高的要求。从机床、刀具、工艺参数等方面分析了影响模具零件三维曲面高速数控加工质量的相关因素,提出了提高数控加工质量的具体措施。

Technological Analysis of 3D Curved Surface Based on High-speed NC Machining |

Abstract: | The proportion of 3D curved surface is increasing, as well as the requirement of machining quality is improved in mold part by NC machining at present. The factors, which influence the machining quality of 3D curved surface by high-speed NC, are analyzed in some aspoets of such as machine tools, cutting tools and appropriate process parameters, and some detailed measures are put forward to improve machining quality. |
