Aspen Plus模拟预测常压塔顶冷凝系统露点及pH值

摘    要:基于Aspen Plus模拟,利用原油蒸馏常压塔顶系统分离罐的出料物流反推预测常压塔顶冷凝系统的水露点(958℃)。系统操作压力每升高10 kPa,水露点大约升高2℃。常压塔顶注水量控制为5000 kg/h,水露点前移至注水点,避免注水点下游腐蚀。常压塔顶冷凝系统腐蚀严重温度区域为958~102℃,冷凝液pH值在2~3之间。基于Aspen Plus模拟提出预测常压塔顶系统水露点,实现对初始冷凝水的pH值预测,为原油蒸馏常压装置的腐蚀预测与控制提供科学依据。

Abstract:Based on Aspen Plus simulation, a method for forecasting water dew point in tower overhead system was developed. The water dew point is 958℃. The operating pressure of tower overhead system increased by 10 kPa resulting in increasing of the water dew point about 2℃. The water injection rate is 5000 kg/h, to ensure that the water injection point has enough condensing water to avoid corrosion. The temperature of the serious corrosion area in tower overhead system is 958-102℃, and the pH values of condensed water ranges between 2 and 3. Aspen Plus simulation works well to predict water dew point and the pH value of initial condensed water in tower overhead system, which provide a scientific basis for corrosion prediction and equipment controlling.
