| 摘 要： | 研究了非傍轴部分相干平顶高斯光束在自由空间的传输,根据交叉谱密度函数得到了该光束的光强分布和相干度的解析表达式.与其傍轴传输相比,光束参数f和模阶数N共同决定了部分相干平顶高斯光束的非傍轴特性,且对光束的相干性有重要影响.当模阶数一定时,f参数小于某一确定的值,傍轴近似才有效,当模阶数N增大,即使f参数较小,非傍轴效应也变得非常明显,通过数值计算,给出了不同模阶数情况下傍轴近似有效所对应的f参数的上限值.结果表明:要使傍轴近似有效,随着模阶数的增大,f参数对应的上限值应变小.

| Abstract: | The propagations of the partially coherent flattened-Gaussian nonparaxial beams in free space were investigated.The analytical expressions for the intensity distribution and the degree of spectral coherence were obtained in terms of the cross-spectral density function.The comparisons between the nonparaxial and paraxial cases showed that the beam order N and the parameter f determined the partially coherent beam nonparaxiality property,and strongly affected its coherent property.Under the condition that the... |
