发动机连杆结构工艺优化及可靠性试验

摘    要:通过喷丸强化工艺应用,提高了发动机连杆的疲劳性能,针对喷丸强化连杆的特点,对连杆结构进行优化,以 减轻连杆质量。结果表明,在质量减轻和发动机爆压增高的条件下,连杆的可靠性得到了大幅度提高。

Abstract:By the application of the shot peening,the fatigue perfonnance of the connecting rod in engine was iniproved. Aiming at the characteristic of the strengthened connecting rod of shot peening,the structure of connecting rod has been optimized to reduce its weight.The test shows that the reliability of the connecting rod has been improved,under the condition of the mass reduction and the pressure raised of the engine.
