肝内胆管癌中丙型肝炎病毒感染及其与bcl—2基因异常的关系

目的 探讨肝内胆管癌中丙型肝炎病毒（ＨＣＶ）感染与ｂｃｌ－２基因异常的关系。方法采用半嵌套式原位聚合酶链反应和免疫组织化学方法对２９例原发性肝内胆管癌中ｂｃｌ－２／ＪＨ融合基因、ｂｃｌ－２蛋白及ＨＣＶ抗原（ＮＳ５抗原）进行原位观察。结果 ２９例胆管癌中ｂｃｌ－２／ＪＨ融合基因均阴性，２０例ｂｃｌ－２蛋白阳性，阳性率为６９．０％。ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达与ｂｃｌ－２基因重排无相互对应关系。癌组织中ＮＳ５阳

bcl-2 Gene Aberrant and Its Relation with HCV Infection in Primary Hepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between bcl-2 gene and hepatic cholangiocarcinoma genesis and HCV infection.Methods We detected bcl-2/JH fusion gene and bcl-2 protein and HCV-NS 5 antigen in 29 cases of primary hepatic cholangiocarcinoma(PHC) by semi-nested in situ PCR and immunohistochemistry technique.Results 69.0%(20/29) of PHC expressed bcl-2 protein,but no bcl-2/JH fusion gene was found.There was not corresponding relationship between bcl-2 protein expression and bcl-2 gene rearrangement.15 cases were positive for HCV-NS 5(51.7%).Of these 15 cases,11 cases were positive for bcl-2 protein.Of 14 cases of HCV-NS 5 negative,9 cases were positive for bcl-2 protein.There was no statistical difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion bcl-2 aberrant expression was closely related with PHC,but bcl-2/JH fusion gene may not involved in tumorgenesis of PHC.HCV infection may have no clear effect on bcl-2 protein expression.
