三种方法提取活性污泥胞外聚合物的比较

摘    要:本文优化了阳离子树脂交换法和加热法提取活性污泥胞外聚合物的过程,并考察了三种方法(阳离子树脂交换法、加热法、NaOH提取法)对市政污水活性污泥胞外聚合物的提取效果。用阳离子交换树脂提取活性污泥的胞外聚合物的最佳树脂用量是60 g/g VSS,提取时间为4 h;用80℃热水浴方法提取活性污泥胞外聚合物的最佳时间是20 min;采用热处理法和NaOH法提取EPS,蛋白质和糖的收率没有阳离子树脂交换法好,但需要的提取时间短;阳离子树脂交换法的提取效果相对较好,提取时间约为4 h。

Abstract:This paper optimized the extraction process of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) by cation exchange resin and heating, and then compared the extraction efficiency of EPS from municipal wastewater activated sludge by following three methods, namely cation resin exchange method, heating method and NaOH extraction method. The optimal resin dose for cation resin exchange method is 60 g/g VSS, extraction time is 4 h; the best extraction time for 80℃ hot water bath is 20 minutes. Using heating method and NaOH extraction method, the yield of protein and carbenhydrates are not much than of cation exchange resin method, but requied shorter time. The cation exchange resin method has high extraction efficiency, but the extraction time is about 4 h.
