| 摘 要： | 研究了零组件快速装配设计的实现途径。提出了"批装配"的概念,解决了"批装配"实现过程中装配特征的定义、零件实例化、实时预览等关键技术。实现了螺栓连接、螺钉连接、销连接等零组件的快速装配设计,大大减轻了设计人员装配设计的工作,提高了装配设计的效率。该研究对于快速智能装配设计、基于实例的设计、家族化设计等有着一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | In the paper we put forward the concept of batch assembly and resolve the key issues of defining assembly features,instantiation of parts and components and real-time preview etc.in realizing the batch assembly.We also accomplish the rapid assembly design of the linking of such parts and components as bolts,nuts and pins,thus saving designers′ labor of assembly design and enhance its efficiency.The study is of reference value for rapid intelligent assembly design,case-based design,and family design. |
