| 摘 要： | 高技术产业知识产权运营效率直接影响和决定着高技术产业的发展。在运用DEA经典模型的基础上,引入两个虚拟决策单元,建立了基于DEA和TOPSIS的评价模型,对我国30个省区高技术产业知识产权运营效率进行实证分析。评价结果表明,我国高技术产业知识产权运营整体效率偏低,区域知识产权运营效率与地区经济情况不呈绝对正比关系。根据评价结果,提出了相应的政策建议。
