| 摘 要： | 国内远程教育机构贯彻ISO标准在办学规模上已经具备了一定的基础。要成功获得这一国际质量标准体系的认同,需要在明确机构的职责以及它内部各个部门的相关职责的基础上,通过对整个服务过程进行程序化和标准化的管理,建立各个过程程序化文档,并进行系统的组织协调,形成一整套教学质量保证体系。

| Abstract: | It is true that Chinese distance education is large in the volume of education to practice ISO standards in distance education.But to gain the recognition of the international quality standard system,we should be clear in the relevant responsibilities of the institutions and internal departments;we should also establish a standardized management system throughout the entire service process,establish standardized procedural documents,coordinate the organization of the system,and set up a teaching quality evaluation system towards this end. |
