初中女生身心健康与学习关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中学女生心理因素对学习成绩的影响和干预措施的效果。方法:将本市1所重点中学96级女生,分为实验组和对照组。首先对实验组的同学进行体检、问卷调查和实验室检查;并对她们中存在的生理、心理及病理方面的问题采用健康教育、心理咨询与疏导、药物治疗等干预措施;其次是建立学习档案,观察分析其生理因素与学习的关系。结果:实验组的同学校好地掌握了青春期生理、心理卫生知识,能正确对待经期前后出现的某些不适症状,增强了自我保健的能力,她们情绪稳定,精神愉快,学习精力充沛,学习成绩进步。实验组学习成绩与对照组比较。初一的学习成绩两组无差异。中考成绩实验组人均496.6分,对照组人均426.0分,经过统计学处理,P〈0.01。有显著差异。结论:中学女生生理因素与学习关系密切,如不注意加强青春期保健,学习成绩将会受到一定的影响。

Abstract:Purpose:To explor the effect of physiological factors on learning achievement and the result of interference. Methods: All the gjrls the object in grade 96 in a junior middle school were divided into experiment group and comparison group. First,physical examination, inquiry and experimental examination were underwent with experiment group, and interference such as health propagation psychanalysis sychocatharsis and medicinal treatment were performed to solve problems of physiology,psychology and pathology. Second,their learning files were established to observe and analyse the relation between physiology and learning achievement. Results: The girls of the experiment group grasped the knowledge about ephebic physiology and psychology. they could treat some indispositions in menstrual period, and learned the ability of health care therefore, they always had stable emotion and merry mind and learned more well than the girls of the comparison group. Conclusion:If the junior girls didn t care about their ephebic health, their learning achievement should be disturbed. but, they can learn more well if they were taught the knowledge of ephebic physiology and psychology, and were ready for the changes and some indispositions in ephebic stadge. So, the relation between physiological factors and learning achievement of junior school girls is rather close.
