| 摘 要： | 老年2型糖尿病患者机体多项功能减退，与健康老年人对比跌倒风险增加。2型糖尿病会诱发肌萎缩、骨质疏松、肌腱强度下降、中枢及周围神经病变、前庭功能障碍、视神经及视网膜病变，进一步影响患者平衡、协调、本体感觉导致步态失稳，最终跌倒风险升高。本文对老年2型糖尿病患者跌倒诱因及运动康复预防跌倒进展进行综述。老年2为糖尿病患者跌倒预防增加新视角。

| Abstract: | Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes have multiple hypofunctions and an increased risk of falls compared with healthy elderly people. Type 2 diabetes can induce muscle atrophy, osteoporosis, decreased tendon intensity, central and peripheral neuropathy, vestibular dysfunction, optic nerve and retinopathy, and further affect the patient balance, coordination and proprioception and lead to gait instability, and eventually increased risk of fall. This paper reviews the causes of falls and the prevention of exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Aging 2 adds a new perspective to fall prevention in diabetes. |
