| 摘 要： | 本对新型细碎设备辊压机在烧结法氧化铝碎磨工艺中试验及应用情况，进行了认真分析总结。辊压机应用到铝矿石的碎磨流程中，提高原料磨产能３０．８９％，料浆单产电耗下降１２．４６％，对氧化铝稳产高产优质低耗发挥了重大作用。

| Abstract: | Experiments and applications of a new milling equipment-rolling machine in alumina disintegration operation of sintering process are seriously analyzed and concluded. As rolling machines are applied in disintegration operation of bausite,outputs of raw materials miller are increased by 30.89 percent,consumes of electric energy of producing per ton slurry are decreased by 12.46 percent, which exert an great effect on favorable stability, high yield, perfect quality, low consume of alumina production. |
