摘    要:当超纯水设备使用EDI(电除盐)工艺时,由于受到单个EDI模块产水量的限制,需要将多个EDI模块组合使用。该文讨论了EDI模块在不同的组合模式下,当其中单组(个)EDI模块出现异常时,对整套超纯水系统在产水量、产水水质两个方面带来的不同程度的运行风险。通过对这些风险的定量分析,提出用运行负载率K系数做为产水量的风险分析指标,并应用欧姆定律分析异常模块发生前后超纯水系统产水电阻率的变化幅度。文章还通过建立数学模型,计算得出在产水量相同的情况下,不同的EDI膜块组合模式相对应的EDI设备的不同投资额,以期分析探讨得出最经济的设计方案。通过对运行风险的分析和最佳投资额的实例计算.阐明如何在使EDI设备的运行风险可控的情况下,将EDI超纯水设备投资成本降至最低。

Abstract:Due to single EDI module can only produce limited flowrate of Ultra Pure Water (UPW), normally, muhi-EDI modules are used when UPW plant adopted EDI technology. This article discussed the risks caused by part of the EDI modules which were abnormal. Under this situation, the different EDI modules' configuration would influence the whole UPW plant in different degree upon UPW flowrate and UPW resistivity, Through the quantitative analysis about these risks, the running load efficiency factor K (%) been introduced as a key parameter for flowrate risk analysis, and final affected resistivity deviation had been analysed accordingly when one group EDI modules was abnormal. This article also discussed the UPW plant's key components initial costs of EDI equipment associated with different EDI modules' configurations by means of a mathematic matrix, in order to find out the right design with most economical initial cost. Considering the costs difference, and the different operation risks related to vary configurations, the writer expected to figure out how to design one UPW plant not only with low initial investment, but also with low operation risks contained.
