"工厂供电"课程教学改革的研究与实践

针对工厂供电教学过程中存在的主要问题：教学方法与学生的学习主动性和创造精神的培养问题，理论学习与实践教学的统一问题等，提出了启发式和讨论式的教学方法，教室、电化教室、实习基地三位一体的教学模式，以及采用灵活的课程设计指导方法，学生组长负责制的管理模式和课程设计答辩的考核方式。通过近几年的教学改革与实践，提高了教学效率和质量，强化了学生能力的培养。

The Research and Practice on Teaching Reformation of Factory Electricity Supply Course

This paper aims at the main problems lying in the teaching of Factory Electricity Supply course, such as the contradiction between teaching method and cultivation of students' initiative and innovation, the unification of theory study and practice teaching. It not only puts forward the teaching methods of heuristics, discussion and the combination of usual classrooms, classroom with audio-visual aids, bases for practice in teaching, but also introduces a flexible method for directing students to do course design, a mode of asking the class monitor of students to bear the administrative responsibility, and the assessment of students' thesis defense after course design. After years teaching reform and practice, teaching effects and quality have been improved, students' creativity has been brought up.
