摘    要:采用离子色谱仪-电化学检测器法分析白酒中的氰化物,样品直接稀释进样检测。采用Dionex IonPacTMAS7(4 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,ED50A电化学检测器,以0.5 M乙酸钠+0.1 M氢氧化钠+0.5%乙二胺为淋洗液进行等度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min。进样体积125μL,自动进样。检测结果表明氰化物浓度在1.6~200μg/L范围内,线性良好,检出限为0.8μg/L,定量限为2.5μg/L。该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,能够简单快速测定白酒中氰化物含量。

Abstract:In this study, cyanides in Baijiu were detected by ion chromatography-electrochemical detector as follows: direct dilution and injection of liquor samples, Dionex IonPacTMAS7(4 mm×250 mm) chromatographic column adopted, ED50 A electrochemical detector used, 0.5 M sodium acetate + 0.1 M sodium hydroxide + 0.5 % ethylenediamine used as leacheate for isocratic elution with flow velocity as 1.0 mL/min, sample injection volume was 125 μL, and automatic injection adopted. The detection results of cyanides had good linear relationships within the range of 1.6 μg/L to 200 μg/L, the detection limit was 0.8 μg/L, and the quantitation limit was2.5 μg/L. This method had the advantages including high sensitivity and high accuracy, and it could be used for rapid detection of cyanides content in Baijiu.(Trans. by YUE Yang)
