| 摘 要： | 文章就高职教育中的职业能力培养问题作了较为深刻的分析和阐述，明确了高职教育中能力的定义和内涵，指出了目前高职教育在职业能力培养方面存在的问题，并提出了加强职业能力培养的一些思路和方法。

It puts forward the definition and intension of capability and points out some problems in developing capability in current higher vocational education. The article gives some ideas and methods on how to strengthen the development of professional capability in higher vocational education. |
