低色素出芽短梗霉G-58发酵的初步研究

摘    要:研究了培养基组分和培养条件对低色素出芽短梗霉变异株G-58发酵的影响。最佳培养基组分是(g/L):蔗糖50,(NH4)2SO4 0.6,K2HPO4 6,MgSO4 0.4,NaCl4,酵母膏0.4,初始pH6.5;在此条件下,G-58多糖产量24.5g/L,即糖转化率49%,发酵液颜色乳白无色素。

Abstract:The medium and cultivation conditions for pullulan production by a new non-pigmented strain of Aureobasidium pullulans G-58 was investigated. The optimal medium for pullulan production by this strain was(g/L):sugar 50, (NH4)2SO4 0.6,K2HPO4 6,MgSO4 0.4,NaCl 4, yeast extract 0.4, initial pH 6.5. Under these conditions, the Pullulan production of Aureobasidium pullulans G-58 was 24.5 g/L(sugar transformation rate 49 %) and the color of pullulan broth was milk-white,no pigment in the medium was observed during the fermentation as well.
