掘进机本体的仿真分析

摘    要:结合EBZ220型掘进机介绍了一种基于Pro/E,ANSYS及ADMAS软件的掘进机本体部可靠性分析方法。利用Pro/E建立掘进机实体模型,通过Pro/E与ANSYS之间的接口将本体导入到ANSYS制作柔性件,又应用ADAMS进行部件模态分析。根据分析结果可进行性能预测,为掘进机设计提供优化设计方案。

Abstract:Combining with EBZ220 roadheader, the method of reliable analysis for frame body of roadheader based on Pro/E, ANSYS and ADAMS is introduced. The roadheader solid model is built by Pro/E, which is imported into ANSYS by the inter-face between Pro/E and ANSYS. Then ADAMS is used to analyze the component mode. According to the results of the analy-sis, it can forcast the performance, which can provide optimization design scheme for the roadheader.
