摘    要:对某电厂超临界600MW汽轮机1#、2#轴承运行时瓦温偏高问题进行处理,从理论分析与试验结果两方面阐述采用偏支可倾瓦轴承并设置一定的预负荷的处理方案;处理后的运行情况显示,轴承瓦温得到降低,振动也得到改善.

Abstract:This paper deals with high temperature of 1#&2# bearing in 600 MW supercritical steam turbine. The solution is expounded from theory analysis and experimental results that using offset bearing and setting certain load. Running condition after the operation shows that processed bearings get lower temperature and vibration are improved.
