精神分裂症患者家属心理健康状况及相关影响因素

目的探讨精神分裂症患者家属心理健康状况及相关影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表及自制一般资料调查问卷对193名精神分裂症患者家属进行调查分析。结果症状自评量表评分，精神分裂症患者家属躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子分显著高于国内常模（P〈0．01），其中患者配偶躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子分显著高于子女（P〈0．01），女性家属躯体化、抑郁因子分显著高于男性家属（P〈0．01），高中以下文化程度家属人际关系、焦虑因子分显著高于大专以上文化者（P〈0．01），农村患者家属躯体化、人际关系、抑郁因子分显著高于城市患者家属（P〈0．01）。结论精神分裂症患者家属普遍存在不同程度的心理问题，不同家庭因素对患者家属的心理健康状况有不同程度的影响。

Mental health status of families and effects of different family factors in schizophrenics

Objective To explore the mental health status of families and effects of different family factors in schizophrenics.Methods Mental health status was investigated and analyzed with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) and the Self-made General Data Questionnaire(SGDQ) in families of 193 schizophrenics.Results According to the SCL-90,families' somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoia scores were significantly higher compared with internal norm(P<0.01);somatization,depression and anxiety scores were significantly higher in patients' spouses than in ones' children(P<0.01);somatization and depression scores were significantly higher in female than in male families(P<0.01);interpersonal relation and anxiety scores were significantly higher in families with culture level below senior middle school than in ones above(P<0.01);somatization,interpersonal relation and depression scores were significantly higher in rural families than in urban families(P<0.01).Conclusion Schizophrenic families generally present psychoproblems in varying degree and different family factors have varying degree of effects on families' mental health status.
