| 摘 要： | 城市发展转型受社会经济转型的直接影响,城市规划应适应城市发展转型要求.从社会经济发展转型,提出了城市发展目标的转变,进而分析了城市规划从单一规划走向多规融合、从规模扩张走向内涵发展、从城市本位走向城乡统筹、从建设本位走向生态优化、从物质本位走向文化繁荣、从生产本位走向宜居为本、从空间本位走向精神家园、从政府主导走向公众参与等8大新的趋势.

| Abstract: | Urban development transformation is impacted by the economic transformation directly,from the social background,the economic transformation of the mode,this paper analyzes the eight new factors of trends such as the depth change,the way of city development,and the transformation of the connotation of target,the transformation of ascension,the system safeguard.The urban planning development idea change,connotation change,planning the standard construction,planning management diversification development need to have the new trend of development of city planning. |
