基于功效系数法的滑坡灾害风险评估研究

摘    要:基于功效系数法的基本原理,在综合考虑滑坡的关键影响因素基础上,选取滑坡规模、滑坡稳定系数、当日降雨量、潜在经济损失、受灾人数作为评价因子,建立了一种新的滑坡灾害风险评估方法,并将该方法应用于瀑布沟水电站库区12处滑坡灾害评估,评价结果表明,除麦地滑坡实际结果为Ⅲ级而预测结果为Ⅳ级外,结果准确率达到91.7%。这表明基于功效系数法的滑坡灾害风险评估方法是可行的,为滑坡灾害的风险评估提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:Based on the basic principle of the efficacy coefficient method, a new method for assessing land slide disaster risk is established herein by selecting landslide scale, landslide stability coefficient, intraday rainfall, potential economic losses, number of disaster victims as the assessment factors under the comprehensive consideration of key impacting factors of landslide, and then the method is applied to the hazard assessment made on 12 landslides occurred within the reservoir area of Pubugou Hydropower Station; from which the assessment result shows that its accuracy reaches 91.7%, except that the actual result of the risk level for Maidi Landslide is Ⅲ, but its predicted result is Ⅳ. It is indicated that the efficacy coefficient method-based landslide disaster risk assessment method is feasible and provides a new method for landslide disaster risk assessment as well.
