| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了莱钢炼钢厂4#转炉-4#LF炉-4#连铸机配套中型H型钢生产线,通过研究60 t LF炉冶炼工艺,利用转炉出钢顶渣改质及渣洗、铝深脱氧、二次造高碱度渣、优化智能吹氩及钙处理等措施,实现了快速深脱硫,提高了H型钢产品实物质量,满足了用户要求,为开发高附加值品种钢进行了技术储备。
