吲哚青绿排泄实验偏差分析及护理对策

目的：从护理的角度分析吲哚青绿排泄实验和临床生化指标不符合的原因。方法：应用脉动式分光光度法（DDG分析仪）对76例行肝切除的肝细胞癌患者进行肝储备功能检测,其中5例与临床生化指标不符合,分析检测过程存在的缺陷。结果：重复检测后,5例患者的肝储备功能检测结果与第一次检测结果相差较大,并且找到了产生偏差的相应原因。结论：严谨的护理工作在肝储备功能的检测中发挥着极其重要的作用。

The Defects of ICG and Nursing and The Countermeasures

Objective：The reasons of ICG not eligible for clinical biochemical indicator were analyzed from nursing.Methods：the 76 patients with HCC who were liver resection,had been detected about hepatic function reserve test by DDG.The DDG′s results of five peoples were not eligible for clinical biochemical indicator.This investigation analyzed the defects in hepatic function reserve test.Results：After we repeated test the five peoples′ hepatic function reserve,from first result to second result was a great space.We found out the reasons about the defects.Conclusion：Precise nursing was very important to hepatic function reserve test for.
