| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声造影在肝脏良恶性病灶鉴别中的应用价值.方法 154例肝脏良恶性病灶中,良性63例,恶性91例.采用GE-LOGIQ9及百胜DU8彩色多普勒诊断仪,使用声诺维进行超声造影成像,实时记录肝实质及病灶的充填过程、充盈方式及增强程度.结果 肝恶性病灶:早期动脉相96.7%(88/91)病例出现造影增强图像,延迟相97.8%(89/91)病例呈低增强(2例肝细胞癌呈等增强).肝良性病灶:早期动脉相50.8%(32/63)病例出现造影增强图像,延迟相96.8%(61/63)病例呈等增强和高增强(2例血管瘤呈低增强).结论 用声诺维进行实时超卢造影在肝脏良、恶性病灶的鉴别中有重要的临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced sonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant focal hepatic lesions.
