| 摘 要： | 笔者介绍了SF6气体的绝缘特征及该气体含有水分等杂质对电气设备的危害,通过工作中处理SF6断路器微水含量超标的实例,分析了断路器内部SF6微水含量超标的原因,详述了处理方法及过程,通过测试,验证了处理方法的正确性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the insulation characteristic of SF6 gas,and the harm to electrical equipment if impurities such as water exist in the gas.Therefore,the causes resulting in exceeding micro-water in SF6 gas of three 110 kV SF6 circuit breakers are analyzed,and the removal method is hence presented and verified via measurement. |
