OVERALL DESIGN OF COMPUTER INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR GRADING AND CUTTING IN DYE-WORKS

This paper discusses the design of a computer intelligence system used for grading and cutting in dye-works which is based on microcomputers and takes ad- vantage of combination of machinery and electronic technique,so that the function of grading and providing optimized location of cutting on cloth is performed auto- matically.And a significant economic effect is also obtained because of the high accuracy measurement and rigorous control in length of cloth processed in the system.
