摘    要:为保障铁路系统安全、可靠运行,基于监测节点的布置特点,提出一种基于铁轨压力的逆磁致伸缩换能器,其采能效率可达32.6 mW,能够满足节点需要。同时设计了一套基于CC2430+GPRS的铁轨应力无线监测系统,详细阐述了监测中心节点和终端节点的软硬件设计,并根据节点的布局特点,采用双协调器进行间歇组网。通过车站的现场试验,测得系统的最大单跳距离约为60 m,数据传输成功率达96%以上,同时该系统能够平衡各节点的能量消耗,有效的增加了其寿命。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the railway system,this paper designs a new type of inverse magnetostrictive transducer which converts energy from the pressure of railway steel based on the layout conditions of monitoring nodes,and this transducer can meet the needs of nodes with its conversion efficiency reaching 32.6 mW.This paper also presents a railway steel pressure monitoring system based on CC2430+GPRS.The hardware and software design of the coordinator and RFD nodes are given.An intermittent network is established using double coordinators.Through the field experiments in a railway station,the largest single jump distance approximates 60 m,and the data transmission success rate is higher than 96%.This system can also balance the energy consumption of each node,effectively increasing its life.
