钩藤对家兔癫癎模型电活动的调制

摘    要:目的研究钩藤对癫癎发作的影响.方法采用脑电图描记术,观察钩藤对毛果芸香碱致癎家兔大脑皮层放电的影响.结果腹腔注射钩藤后可使癫癎发作次数及发作持续时间显著减少,发作间隔时间显著延长(P<0.05).结论钩藤注射液能明显抑制癫癎模型电活动,提示钩藤具有抗癎作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the modulation of uncaria on brain electrical activities of rabbit epileptic model. Methods: The rabbits injected with pilocarpine served as the epileptic models. The effect of uncaria on electroencephalogram of the epileptic models was observed. Results: After intra-abdominal cavity injection of uncaria, the seizure times and duration of each major seizure of epilepsy were significantly decreased, and the interval of seizure was significantly prolonged(P<0.05) .Conclusion: Because the uncaria can inhibit the brain electrical activities of epileptic model,it has the distinct effect of anti-epilepsy.
