摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定鹿茸草中木犀草素的含量方法。方法:采用Agilent XDB C18(5μm,250×4.6mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(55:45)为流动相,检测波长350nm,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:在25.02~150.12μg.mL-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为103.1%,RSD为1.27%(n=6)。结论:所建立的含量测定方法简便可行,重复性良好,可用于鹿茸草药材的质量监控。

Abstract:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of luteolin in Monochasma sheareri Maxim.Methods:The samples were separated on an Agilent XDB C18(5μm,250×4.6mm) column with methanol-phosphoric acid solution(55:45) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The wave length was set at 350 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results:The standard calibration curves was linear in the ranges o f 25.02~150.12μg·mL-1(r=0.999 3).The average recoveries of the method of luteolin were 103.1%(RSD=1.27%).Conclusion:The method established was successfully applied to quantify the luteolin in Monochasma sheareri Maxim collected in different places,which is helpful to control the quality.
