城市电力设施布局规划编制研究

社会经济的迅猛发展导致供电需求逐年加大,进入＂十二五＂规划实施期,为了解决现有城市电网规模与架构暴露出的深层次问题,解决城市电网建设与城市规划脱节问题,解决电力设施用地保护问题,可以通过编制城市电力设施布局规划与城市总规衔接,纳入城市规划管控体系,统一、合力加强电力设施基础建设,确保满足社会进步对电力安全可靠供应的需求。本文试以湖北省首部城市电力设施布局专业规划为例,从规划编制的组织策划、原则方法、流程梳理、难点剖析、体会与建议等方面进行研究。

Research on Urban Electric Distribution Layout Work Out

Rapid social and economic development has led to a yearly increase in the demand for electrical power supply.During the period of ＂12th Five-year＂ plan,we have been worked out the layout of urban electric power facilities connected with an overall city plan and brought it into the urban planning control systems in order to combat the deep-seated problems of the current size and structure of city power grids;to rectify urban power grid construction and urban planning dislocation issues;and rectify the problems associated with land protection for power facilities.We intend to make a concerted effort to strengthen the construction of power facilities and to ensure that the demands of social progress are met in regards to the safe and reliable supply of electricity.This document will use the primary professional layout plan of the electrical facilities of Hubei Province as an example.A study will be conducted through organizational planning,carefully examined principles and methods,problem analysis,experience,suggestions and other aspects.
