23例感染期糖尿病足疗效分析

目的:探讨创面负压封闭引流(VSD)技术对感染期糖尿病足治疗的应用。方法:回顾分析治疗并获得回访的感染期糖尿病足患者23例的临床资料,诸病例均行:糖尿病饮食,胰岛素严格控制血糖,严格抗感染治疗后进行感染病灶清除术并创面负压封闭引流(VSD)后行二期手术修复创面(局部皮瓣转移或逆行岛状皮瓣修复创面或自体中厚游离皮片移植修复创面)。结果:随访2~3年,治愈15例,有效7例,1例患者截肢。结论:负压封闭引流技术(VSD)是治疗感染期糖尿病足效果好、降低截肢率的较佳治疗方法。

Analysis of the treatment of 23 cases of diabetic foot infection

Objective To explore wound vaeeum sealing drainage （ VSD ） technology on the treatment of diabetic foot infection period stage. Method Rretrospective analysis of follow -up period of infection in diabetie foot of 23 cases Ell, all cases were performed in the fol- lowing way：the diabetic diet,insulin strlet glyeemie control,strict anti -infective treatment after infection debridement and the wound sur- face of closed negative pressure drainage （ VSD ） after which ,the two stage operation to repair wound was done （ transfer of local flap or retrograde island flap for the repair of wound or autologous thick free skin graft for repair of the wound ）. Results During the 2 - 3 years of follow - up, the wounds of 15 eases were healed,7 cases were effective, 1 case of patient needed amputation. Conclusion The vaccum seal- ing drainage （ VSD ） technology is effective for the treatment of diabetic foot infection period and also for reducing the rate of amputations and better treatment.
