化疗配合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效分析

目的 分析化疗加放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副作用.方法 回顾性分析131例中晚期食管癌病例,其中治疗组70例选择化疗 放疗,化疗后即刻放疗;对照组61例对比单纯放疗.化疗用药氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)0.5/m2d 1～5 顺铂(DDP)15 mg/m2d 1～3静滴.结果 全部病例随访3年;总缓解率治疗组94.3%,对照组为88.5%,两组比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05);1、3年生存率比较,治疗组分别为64.3%,18.6%;对照组为59.0%,11.5%,两组3年生存率比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05),无不可耐受毒副作用.结论 化疗 放疗治疗中晚期食管癌能提高近期疗效,毒副反应能够耐受.

The short- term response of advanced esophageal carcinoma to chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Objective To investigate the short-term response and toxicity of radioation(RT) and chemotherapy(CT) in esophageal carcinoma.Methods 131 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were retrospcctively analysed. Of which, 70 patients were treated with chemotherapy immediately followed by radiotherapy (RT+CT), 61 patients were treated with radiotherapy only(control group). Chemotherapy consisted of 5-FU 0.5/m2 from day 1 to day 5 and cisplatin(DDP)15 mg/m~2 from day 1 to day 3.Results The follow-up period were 3 years. There were no significant differences in total response rates (CR+PR) between two groups, 94.3% for CT+RT group and 88.5% for control group(P>0.05). 1 year and 3 year survival rate were 64.3% and 18.6% for CT+RT group, 59% and 11.5% for control group (for 3 year survival rate P<0.05), there were no intolerable toxic and side effects.Conclusion CT+RT may improve the short-term therapeutic results in advanced esophageal carcinoma, and the toxic and side effects are tolerable.
