摘    要:在生产中,一效蒸发器易发生结垢、蒸发出浓不稳定、产能低、蒸发效率低、易受外界蒸汽管网影响的诸多问题,经分析管式降膜蒸发器分布式控制系统(DCS)的组态程序,提出蒸发器效体DCS控制的要点和难点,调整和优化蒸发操作,对不合理的设计进行改造,降低了蒸发器结垢的可能性,保证蒸发器的高效连续运行。

Abstract:As mono-effect evaporator occur precipitation easily in production process,so evaporated steam was unstable,lower production capacity,lower evaporating efficiency,affected easily by outside steam pipe network etc.As analyzing the cockpit of distributive controlling system(DCS) of tubular falling liquid film evaporator,the key point and difficulty of controlling evaporator's DCS has been suggested,evaporator's operation adjusted and optimized,absurd design in system improved,so that the possibility of evapor...
