摘    要:通过对12Cr2Ni4MoVNb钢锻件的热处理工艺试验研究,重点进行了晶粒长大倾向、奥氏体化温度、奥氏体化保温时间、回火温度及回火保温时间对性能的影响的试验工作,分析了各种热处理工艺参数对力学性能的影响,优化了热处理工艺参数并在生产中进行了验证。在限定回火温度并且不损失塑韧性的前提下可以使σ_b和σ_(0.2)满足订货条件要求:σ_b≥90OMPa、σ_(0.2)≥60OMPa。

Abstract:Based on studying the heat treatment process parameters for 12Cr2Ni4MoVNb steel forg-ings, we have researched for the influence of grain growing tendency, austenitizing temperature, holding time for austenitizing, tempering temperature and holding time for tempering on performance, analyzed the influence of various heat trearment process parameters on mechanical property, optimized and demonstrated the heat treatment process parameters during production. The test result shows that the tensile strength σb and yield strength σ0.2 may meet with the order requirements when the tempering temperature has been lim-ited and the plasticity is not lost.
