利培酮联合文拉法新治疗抑郁症的临床研究

目的 :了解利培酮合并文拉法新治疗抑郁症的效果。方法 :将符合CCMD 3抑郁症诊断标准的患者 13 4名 ,随机分为 2组 ,分别给予利培酮合并文拉法新与文拉法新单独治疗 9周。用HAMD及HAMA两种量表作为疗效评判观察表 ,同时用TESS量表观察不良反应。结果 :两组间HAMD和HAMA在第 2、4、6周末减分率比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,在第 9周时的减分率比较则差异不明显。 2组间TESS比较差异均不明显。结论 :利培酮合并文拉法新治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单纯运用文拉法新 ,其主要优点为起效早 ,且不良反应少

Clinical study on treatment of depression with Risperidone combined with Venlafaxine

Objective:To determine the clinical efficacy of Risperidone combined with Venlafaxine in treatment of depression.Methods:134 patients with depression diagnosed according to CCMD 3 were randomly assigned into two groups,one was treated with Venlafaxine alone and the other was with Risperidone combined with Venlafaxine for 9 weeks in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects with HAMD,HAMA and TESS after 2,4,6,9 weeks of the treatment.Results:There were significant differences in the decreased scores of HAMD,HAMA between the towo groups after 2,4,6 weeks of the treatment respectievely( P <0 01 AND P <0 05),wheras no difference was noted after 9 weeks.There was no difference in scores of TESS between the two groups after 2,4,6,9 weeks of treatment.Conclusions:Combination of Risperidone with Venlafaxine brought about a much better reponse than Venlafaxine alone.The advantages included: early response and fewer side effects.
