Based on OrcaFlex Subsea Tree Wire Rope Drop Operation Window Research

The environment load for the installation of subsea trees is very complicated,and the window of the operation is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently in the process of Subsea trees in the South China Sea.Aiming at the installation method of 73 m subsea tree wire rope installation in Dongfang 1-1 gas field,the operation process of subsea tree dropping operation was analyzed,and the coupling model of engineering ship-wire rope subsea tree system was established using OrcaFlex,and the differences were studied.The influence of key factors such as wave height,flow velocity and wave direction angle on the force of the wire rope during the installation process of the subsea tree and the movement response of the tree were studied.The orthogonal test method was used to study the criticality ranking of each influencing factor,forming a subsea tree.The research results show that when the wave height is5.06 m,0 m]and the flow velocity is0 m/s,1.09 m/s]in a closed area(safe operation area),it is suitable for the decentralized installation work of subsea tree in Dongfang 1-1 gas field.The research results can provide certain guidelines for the installation process of the wire rope of the subsea trees.
