舌癌根治术后舌缺损修复方法的探讨

目的选择各种（肌）皮瓣用于舌癌根治术后舌再造术，以获得最佳的外形和功能重建。方法对已采用的额瓣、胸大肌肌皮瓣、胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣、斜方肌肌皮瓣、带状肌肌皮瓣、前臂游离皮瓣和足背游离皮瓣等修复方法的临床应用进行评价。结果各种（肌）皮瓣的移植成功率为８４％～９３％，外形和功能基本恢复率为８４％。结论在舌缺损的修复中，应根据肿瘤的性质、范围、生物学行为、患者的全身和局部情况和移植（肌）皮瓣供区的条件进行合理的选择，以获得患者满意的生存质量。

Research on tongue defect repair after radiotherapy of tongue cancer

Objective To explore the better choice of (muscle) skin flaps applied in tongue defect repair after radiotherapy of tongue cancer, to restore the best shape and it's function. Methods Evaluated the clinical application in tongue defect repair with forehead skin flap, pectoralis major muscle skin flap, musculus sternocleidomastoideus skin flap, trapezius muscle skin flap, band muscle skin flap, forearm or instep free muscle skin flap, etc. Results The successful rate of (muscle) skin flap transplantation was 84-93%, and the rate of shape's perfection and function's recovery reached 84%. Conclusion Tongue defect repair depended on the character,range and biological behavior of tumors, as well as to patients' state and condition of (muscle) skin flap . If reasonably selected, patients would be satisfied with their living quality.
